I Need Cash! Can a Multi-Million Dollar Sale Be Completed in 30 Days?

Rock, I need cash quickly. I don’t want to liquidate my multi-million dollar printing business, but I may have to unless I can sell immediately. Can I complete a cash sale in 30 days or less?

Hold up! I have to state my concerns. You need professional guidance – fast!
A cash sale in 30 days is not unheard of. We have completed quick sales and helped owners turn equipment into cash.

However, yours is an unusual situation based on the urgency and tone of your question.

Whatever is going on in your life, you should not be handling it alone, let alone liquidating your business on short notice.

If things are moving so fast that you are rushed to proceed, ask why? What is the ulterior motive of the person or entities pressuring you?

Anyone who promises you cash in 30 days for your business also has me worried. Though not common, there are fraudsters who have swindled people – especially seniors – out of their life savings and assets.

Your situation seems suspicious or even fraudulent.

Is someone trying to intimidate or influence you? Has someone threatened you or your family? Is someone making legal claims or accusations against you? Is someone trying to put a lien on your property?

When you are in panic mode, it is easy to make irreversible mistakes.

For now:

  • Do not sign anything without speaking with an attorney.
  • Do not enter an agreement with a business broker, real estate agent, or auctioneer until you talk to a trusted expert.
  • Do not choose advisors who do not understand the printing industry.
  • Do not reveal anything to your bank or creditors until we discuss your situation.

Please walk away from a deal where there is something suspicious, secretive, unethical, or dangerous.

If there appears to be an interested buyer, who are they? Where did they come from? Why now? Why such a rush?

Speak only to qualified and trustworthy entities. We can help you check the background and credentials of someone who purports to be a buyer. Never enter into a deal, contract, or verbal agreement where a buyer, broker, intermediary, or other party asks you to do something in secret, such as transfer money into their account (or someone else’s account), share in reward money/found money, cash checks signed over to you, wire money, travel to pick up something or deliver it, or deliver cash.

I have prepared a special report entitled Code Red: 12 Seller Mistakes.

The report covers areas owners should understand about selling their businesses in an orderly fashion.

For your situation, please call me ASAP for a no-obligation discussion. We can discuss options, and I can point you to trusted colleagues.

Please do not do anything rash. I am here to help.
